- Don't supersize! Develop an eye for appropriate serving sizes - this can make losing a few pounds feel like a walk in the park. Protein servings should be no larger than the size of a pack of
cards.
- Stress much less - Cortisol, our favourite and famous stress hormone is secreted by the adrenal gland when you feel stressed. Beware, as this little guy has a trick up his sleeve - increased levels of cortisol have been linked to increased snacking and a craving for sweet and sugary foods.
