Hot Cocoa
This is a treat and should not be consumed more than once or twice a week.
A power packed snack, with a few calories, but loaded with protein and a bit of luxury!
1 cup skimmmed milk
2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 packet artificial sweetener (or to taste)
Heat the milk until it's hot (but not boiling), and stir in the other ingredients.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!
