Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

This dressing can be used for any salad!

 

Combine a bowl of your favourite salad vegetables (salad leaves, peppers, baby tomatoes, carrots etc) add sliced grilled chicken breast and toss with the dressing for a delicous spring meal.

 

1/4 Cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon splenda
1 teaspoon  prepared mustard
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Combine all ingredients (except the poppy seeds) in a food processor, blend until thoroughly mixed. Add the poppy seeds and refrigerate until just before serving.
