Spinach Salad

Combine the following with 2-3 cups baby mushrooms:
1/4 cup soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 3 tablespoons olive oil, pinch of  powdered ginger and 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.Marinade at least 2 hours.

Grill the mushrooms in the sauce in a pan and set aside.

 

Combine baby spinach leaves, Sun dried tomatoes (sliced),

3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts with mushrooms and toss with the following dressing:

 

Mix together at least an hour before serving:
1/2 cup oilve oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup rasberry vinegar
2 tablespoons splenda (optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
